As a Health & Safety Coordinator \/ Assistant [m\/f\/d], you will be responsible for supporting our customers and teams in the area of occupational health and safety. You attach great importance to providing friendly and competent advice to companies. Are you already familiar with the Occupational Safety Act, are you no stranger to risk assessment and are you particularly attentive to potential hazards? What's waiting for you<\/p>

  • Support of our customers and internal stakeholders as Health & Safety Coordinator \/ Assistance<\/li>
  • Accept our orders and inform our customers about the further process<\/li>
  • Independently handle correspondence with authorities and customers in German and English<\/li>
  • Organize, control and maintain inquiries, orders and deadlines<\/li>
  • Work closely with colleagues from all areas and support them with administrative tasks<\/li>
  • Coordinate business trips and take care of travel expense accounting, invoice verification and expense control<\/li>
  • Create presentations and reports. You will also be responsible for the organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences and events<\/li>
  • Monitor, consolidate and report cross-location key figures<\/li><\/ul>

    This is you<\/h3>
    • Successfully completed commercial vocational training<\/li>
    • Professional experience in assistance, ideally in an international company<\/li>
    • You feel responsible for the quality of your work and always find practical solutions to achieve your goals<\/li>
    • Sound knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite is required<\/li>
    • A structured, independent and conscientious way of working<\/li>
    • Flexibility and a high level of self-motivation<\/li>
    • Strong teamwork and organizational strength as well as responsible action, resilience and a hands-on mentality are at your core<\/li>
    • You find it easy to communicate with your colleagues in German and English<\/li>
    • Good organisation is one of your great strengths<\/li><\/ul>
