Through our many years of experience and our high standards in training, we ensure that you or your employees are capable of working safely on a vehicle with high-voltage systems. For individuals who perform general work on vehicles that do not involve the HV system, such as bodywork, tire and oil changes, training is required to qualify as a person who has been instructed on the relevant technical aspects (FuP). We offer this training in multiple languages.

Fire Safety Assistant (Basic Training Course)

Companies are obliged to appoint individuals who are responsible for providing first aid, fighting a fire or initiating an evacuation in case of emergency. The training to become a fire safety assistant enables the participant to coordinate preventive and defensive fire protection in the company and to carry out the necessary measures. The necessary number of individuals who can assume fire protection helper functions through training is determined by the risk assessment. Typically, a ratio of five percent, measured against the total number of employees, is sufficient.

Fire Safety Assistant (Advanced training)

Fire safety assistants should refresh their knowledge every 3 to 5 years. With this training, you meet the required requirements of the DGUV and the ASR A2.2. You update your knowledge and learn about the dangers of fires, particularly from smoke, and are trained and instructed in the use of manual fire extinguishing devices.

Evacuation Assistant (Basic training course)

Employees who are responsible for fire protection in their company as fire protection helpers can complete training as evacuation assistants. Employees of construction sites who perform work with a fire hazard, janitors and technical personnel as well as safety specialists and officers can also update their knowledge with this seminar. The corresponding risk assessment determines how many trained fire safety and evacuation assistants are required for the respective company.

Safety Officer (Basic training course)

Companies with more than twenty employees are required to appoint a safety officer. The number of officers depends on the number of employees and the existing risks to health and safety. Safety officers make a significant contribution to improving occupational health and safety in any company: They are responsible for supporting the employer or his superiors in the implementation of workplace health and safety measures and monitoring corresponding measures. Our experts will inform you about the legal foundations of occupational health and safety and your duties as a safety officer in your company and industry. You will receive an introduction to safety equipment, learn about the most important health hazards and types of accidents.

Psychosocial Emergency Care Training

In case of an emergency, psychologically affected employees will be closely monitored by their peers in the next few weeks, up to the point of reintegration. In three-quarters of cases, understanding, consideration, and a conversation with colleagues and supervisors help those affected. Concrete solutions such as flexible working hours, special leave, or referral to professional trauma therapy are only considered as a last resort.

Company First Aiders Training

As the policyholder of an accident insurance carrier, employers are obligated to have first aiders trained if a certain number of insured employees are present. The participant receives refresher training on the measures required in the event of an emergency, as well as on his or her rights and obligations. According to the specifications of the accident insurance institutions, the first aider training must be refreshed every two years in an advanced training course.

Education rigger of loads according to DGUV I 209-013

The training in load slinging provides participants with the necessary knowledge for the proper use of slinging and load handling equipment and gives them comprehensive knowledge for the early detection of defects and signs of wear. The slinger bears a very high level of responsibility in his activities. The participants learn to select suitable slinging and load handling equipment and to carry out the slinging of the load professionally and independently. They are enabled to recognize possible dangers before transporting the load and to eliminate them by taking appropriate measures. Decisive for safe slinging and transport are in particular the behavior and knowledge that are comprehensively taught in this training.

Annual Instruction for Riggers

This slinger instruction meets all the obligations that an employer has according to DGUV to instruct his employees accordingly. The behavior of slingers is particularly important for the safe transport of loads. Employees who want to meet the requirements of the DGUV and the Occupational Health and Safety Act can refresh their knowledge and update their certificate with this instruction.

High Altitude Rescue Worker (Basic training course)

The content in the basic course on height rescue provides participants with the basic knowledge and fundamentals for use as a special rescuer. The instruction covers all relevant knowledge of height rescue such as: Knots, rescue variants, basics such as the strength of anchor points and simple force calculations, regulations, DIN-EN standards and rules of the employers’ liability insurance association, materials, selection and evaluation of equipment and the recognition of damage to personal protective equipment.

Proper use of personal protective equipment (Basic course)

This course teaches the basics of the proper use of personal protective equipment. Personal protective equipment within the meaning of the PPE Use Ordinance (PSA-BV) is any equipment intended to be used or worn by employees to protect themselves against a hazard to their safety and health, as well as any additional equipment used for the same purpose and associated with the personal protective equipment.

Proper use of personal protective equipment against falls from a height (Basic course)

Participants gain extensive knowledge of PPE against falls from a height with the regulations of the employers’ liability insurance association as well as the generally recognized rules of technology. We provide all participants with the necessary knowledge for handling personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls from a height. In addition to extensive theoretical basics, we also explain the handling of your existing equipment in practice (e.g. the correct use of safety harnesses to prevent accidents at work).

Forklift Operator – Basic Training

Upon passing the examination, the participants receive a driving license as proof of their professional suitability to operate industrial trucks. In order to maintain the operating authorization in the long term, the proven theoretical and practical knowledge must be kept up to date through annual instruction.

Forklift Operator- Annual Instruction

The danger that can emanate from a forklift truck is often underestimated. Therefore, serious accidents occur time and again with industrial trucks because they are not used as intended or because they are handled improperly. For every operator of industrial trucks, the annual instruction represents the required company training, which, like the possession of a forklift license, is a prerequisite for the subsequent assignment by the employer.

Training Operator of aerial work platforms static/mobile according to DGUV 308-008

As part of this training, employees are instructed in the proper handling of working platforms. They are trained on the latest technology and made aware of how to operate an aerial work platform. The operation of lifting platforms and aerial work platforms involves a great responsibility for safety. Workers performing this activity must have the appropriate practical skills, but a sound background knowledge is also necessary. Among the most important aspects of use are the regulations for aerial work platforms and lifting platforms.

Aerial work platform – Annual Instruction

The operator card is internationally recognized and is valid for 2 -5 years. The validity period depends on the hazard and the frequency of use. With the annual instruction, drivers and operators are trained to refresh the existing knowledge. The seminar includes a comprehensive practical part on equipment.

High Rack Forklift Operator (Annual Instruction)

The dangers that can emanate from a forklift truck are often underestimated. Serious accidents therefore occur time and again with forklifts because they are not used as intended or because they are handled improperly.
