This is you
- You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (MFA), medical-technical assistant (MTA) or a comparable assistant profession
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills as well as a sense of responsibility, resilience and a hands-on mentality are among your strengths
- You have relevant experience in the coordination of work processes and deadlines
- Experience in the field of occupational medicine is an advantage
- German language skills of at least C1 level and English language skills of at least B2 level round off your profile
- Very good knowledge of Office programmes or G-Suite
- You would enjoy a varied job that combines medical and organisational tasks
- Driving licence class B is an advantage
- Maybe you already work as a practice manager - that would be a big plus
What awaits you
- Coordination of our operations team and our freelancers
- Reception and registration of patients
- Ensuring smooth communication between the various teams and our customers
- Support with examinations and treatments (e.g. G20, G24, G26, G37, G42, G46, G25, G41 and FEV)
- Preparation of treatment rooms and instruments, including checking and maintaining medical equipment
- Documentation of examinations and creation of prevention files
- Ensuring and implementing hygiene measures
