The spectrum of possible measures is wide. It ranges from applying for a cure to transferring to another department. Ergonomic changes to the workplace, such as the provision of a standing desk or a special computer mouse, are also possible. Personal support programmes such as training courses, gradual reintegration or occupational and medical rehabilitation measures round off the options. In order to ensure that the agreed paths actually lead to the goal, success is reviewed at a later date.
