As a health and safety coordinator, we take on all occupational health and safety tasks for your construction projects on your construction sites. We work with you to define occupational health and safety measures, coordinate them and monitor compliance on site.
The basis for this activity is § 3 of the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV). A SiGeKo is usually involved in the planning of the construction and draws up plans for suitable protective measures.
As SiGeKo we investigate:
- all planning with regard to safety and health risks,
- coordinate the safety measures on the construction site,
- carry out instructions
- coordinate the use of safety equipment,
- develop health and safety plans
- monitor occupational health and safety measures on the construction site
- company Safety inspections
- record all safety-related defects and update the plans accordingly
