We, as Health & Safety Experts, are a young, highly motivated, and established company based in Berlin. We offer excellent services in the field of occupational health and safety.
As Health & Safety Experts, we analyze and evaluate work environments and processes, design prevention programs, investigate incidents, identify causes, and train employees for emergencies. Today, we secure the locations and projects of companies in various industries and cities across Europe. Our mission: Practical occupational health and safety measures to secure our clients‘ workplaces.

About you

• You are studying Safety Engineering, Safety Management, or Hazard Mitigation Management
• You are looking for an internship or for a position as a working student
• You have gained initial experience in areas such as fire protection, safety engineering, health management, law, or related fields
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people
• You are reliable and have a quick grasp of concepts
• You are characterized by personal commitment and improvisational skills
• You possess strong teamwork, organizational, and service-oriented skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
• You value structured, independent, and conscientious work
• You are flexible and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation
• You have advanced MS Office skills or knowledge of G-Suite
• You speak German and English at least at B2 level

What to expect

• You will support us in administrative and organizational tasks and work closely with colleagues from all areas
• Based on your theoretical knowledge, you will take on sub-projects to develop them independently and responsibly
• You will regularly exchange information with our clients to answer specific questions or work closely with our specialists to solve complex tasks
• You will create and update relevant documents in the field of quality management, as well as content for our social media presence and our own blog
• You will independently prepare safety, fire protection, and environmental concepts
• You will organize, monitor, and maintain inquiries, orders, and deadlines
