You have a drive to provide friendly and competent advice to companies? What you can expect

• Support of our customers as a specialist for occupational safety

• Advising the entire management team on the implementation of occupational safety regulations and laws
• You are allowed to train fire protection officers

• Coordination of external service providers and company physicians

• Interface to external service providers, property insurers, company physicians, authorities, and trade associations

• Support in the design of workplaces, work processes, and the working environment following legal and company requirements

• Carrying out company inspections, risk assessments, instructions and accident investigations

• Preparation of risk assessments as well as root cause analyses, derivation of improvement measures, and follow-ups

• Measures for continuous improvement to achieve a zero-accident strategy as well as a perspective for the introduction of a holistic Occupational Safety Management System

• Coordination of operational fire protection, preparation and testing of alarm and fire protection plans as well as assumption of the function of a fire protection officer

• Developing, recording, and consolidating key figures across all sites and reporting them to management

• Carrying out training and instructions

Your profile

• Very good technical understanding

• Safety engineer or technician/master with completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist

• Minimum level of German: B2

• Routine handling of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google-Suite

• Teamplayer / Ability to work in a team

• Highly responsible and organized

• Ability to work under pressure

• Hands-on mentality

• High level of consulting competence

• Structured and conscientious way of working

• Willingness to travel within Germany with a class b driver’s license

• Locally recognized qualification as a Fire Safety Officer would be a plus (or willing to undertake further training on a part-time basis)

• First experience in logistics desirable
